A Firm Fixed Price contract is planned for this requirement. Qualified personnel and associated resources will support the Deputy for Science and Technology (BMDO/ST) in conducting a study that examines design and financial tradeoff support for BMDO Architectural Studies, integration of the BMDO Surveillance Package, and synergistic support of other agency efforts.
