The U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD), has a requirement for Real Estate Property Sales Closing Services for Single Family Properties (1-4 units) owned by HUD. The geographical area covered by this solicitation is Tampa, Florida. The primary objectives of the proposed contract are to ensure that: 1. The sale of all properties assigned to the contract close within the time stipulated by the sales contract; 2. Prompt and accurate payment of all closing charges are made; 3. The net proceeds of each sale are deposited into a non-interest bearing escrow account and requests are initiated for the wire transfer of the proceeds via FEDWIRE to HUD's account with the U.S. Treasury on the day of closing or not later than the next banking day; 4. The complete closing package is submitted to HUD within three (3) business days of closing. The counties covered by Tampa, Florida will be listed in the solicitation. HUD anticipates awarding one contract. The contract will be for one base year withfour option years. Potential offerors may submit proposals for the geographical area. Potential offerors who download copies of solicitations from HUD's Home Page will NOT automatically receive any amendments to those solicitations.
