THIS SOLICITATION IS A COMPETITIVE 8(a) PROCUREMENT RESTRICTED TO SAN ANTONIO SBA DISTRICT 8(a) PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS. ONLY PARTICIPANTS SERVICED BY THE SAN ANTONIO DISTRICT OFFICE WILL BE ELIGIBLE TO SUBMIT BIDS. Firm-Fixed Price contract. Work is to construct maintenance and warehouse building, including vehicle shop bays, landscaping, parking lots, security fence and lights, CCTV. Will also include tilt up precast wall construction, pier foundation, modified bitumen and standing seam roof, interior casework, fixed shop equipment, roof top AC units at the Sector Maintenance Facility, Del Rio, TX. The plans and specifications will be placed on Compact Disk (CD-ROM) and will be provided free of charge. Plans and specifications will not be provided in a paper hard copy format. Notification of amendments shall be made through either 3.5" diskette, CD ROM, and/or the Internet. The Government intends to issue this solicitation through the use of CD Rom and the Internet. However, the Government reserves the right to use only the Internet as notification of any changes to this solicitation.
