Acquisition will be by a sealed bidding procurement method; qualifications for award of contracts under $3,000,000 bid amount will be subject to Indian Preference criteria contained in the solicitation. The project includes: 1) removal of existing facilities and structures, clearing and grubbing roadway area, and removing existing roadway signs, 2) constructing concrete curb and gutter, 3) constructing roadway surface drainage ways, 4) roadway construction including excavating existing roadway to subgrade, furnishing and placing geotextile, furnishing and placing aggregate base materials, and furnishing and placing hot asphalt concrete pavement, 5) establishing turf, and 6) installing road signs and pavement markings.
