Marie, Mi. Durocher is currently mobilized and performing heavy construction repairs of the MacArthur Lock pursuant to contract no. DACW35-99-C-0035. It is not feasiable for another construction firm to bring in the needed heavy equipment and mobilize at the same site to install the pintels within the required timeframe. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement within 15 calander days from the date of this notice to Mr. Sammie Hart.
