This project consists of abrasive blast cleaning and painting of all of the metalwork of the bridge and performing miscellaneous steel repairs. Structural steel repairs will be performed including replacement of deteriorated steel bolts, rivets, lacing bars, gratings, ladders, and miscellaneous plates and shapes. This project also includes performing miscellaneous mechanical and electrical rehabilitation work and construction of a comfort station. The estimated cost of the work is between $10,000,000.00 and $25,000,000.00. Work shall be completed within 570 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. This project is 100% set aside for Small Business Concerns.
