66 -- TEST STRATEGY REPORTS FOR THE APS-147 MULTI-MODE RADAR OTPS SOL N68335-00-R-0350 DUE 041300 POC Ms. Dawn Chartier, Code 25211DC, Mailstop B129-2, (732) 323-2933 The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, NJ intends to enter into negotiations on a sole source basis with Lockheed Martin Federal Systems to procure Test Strategy Reports (TSR) in support of the APS-147 Multi-Mode Radar (MMR) Operational Test Program Sets (OTPS) for the Consolidated Automated Support System (CASS). As the designer, developer and manufacturer of the original MMR, Lockheed Martin is the only known company capable of providing the TSR. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal, which may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
