soliciting proposal on a full and open competitive basis from qualified
organizations for services to support HQMTMC's ICODES (CALPOLY)
sustainment efforts at the following two sites: CDM Technologies, 2975
McMillan Ave Suite 272, San Luis Obispo, CA 93401 and CADRC, Building
117T, California Polytechnic State University, 1 Grand Ave, San Luis
Obispo, CA 93407. Maintenance service shall be performed on a Per
Incident On-Site/Per Call basis for various Hardware/Machine Equipment.
A full listing is provided in the RFQ. Maintenance service will be
required to support computer systems, computer workstations, and
peripherals. The principle period of maintenance (PPM) shall be
provided between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Local time, Monday
through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Outside principle period of
maintenance (OPPM) shall be for any hour or portion of hour that
services are performed beyond the PPM. In the event of equipment
failure, on-site response time shall be within three to five working
days. Emergency response service for next day service shall be based on
vendor's current overtime charge to include; straight labor, travel
parts and materials. Service by Vendor shall include all parts
(excluding manufacturer designated user consumables), labor and travel
costs. The period of performance shall be from the date of Award thru
12 months. Maintenance personnel shall have had formal training and at
least two-(2) year's experience maintaining the proposed equipment; or
in the case of newer equipment, that the experience equals 50 percent
of the time the equipment has been in the market place. All parties
