This is a modification of a synopsis published on 22 February 2000. The following changes apply to solicitation DACW21-00-B-0008. This solicitation will be converted to Request for Proposal (RFP), (an 8(a) Set-Aside Sole Source Negotiated Procurement) for Territory Logistic Centers West (Moffett Field, CA) and Central (Dallas/ Ft. Worth, TX) only. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be issued for the remaining locations: Territory Logistic Center East (Ft. Gillem, GA), Puerto Rico, Guam and Hawaii. This procurement is set aside for small businesses. Single period of performance with service completion not later than 16 June 2000 (tentatively). All responsible sources may submit a quotation for any or all locations. The anticipated RFQ release date will be on or about 5 April 2000 with contract award scheduled on or about 5 May 2000. Closing date for receipt of quotations will be specified in the RFQ when it is issued. The RFQ will be issued in electronic format only in the Internet at http://www.sas.usace.army.mil/ct/index.html.
