R -- AMERICAN CUSTOMER SATISFACTION INDEX The Department of Labor, Employment and Training Administration, Office of Workforce Security intends to award a contract to the National Quality Research Center (NQRC), University of Michigan Business School, Ann Arbor, Michigan. This contract shall pay a licensing fee to NQRC to license the American Customer Satisfaction Index name and methodology to the Department of Labor for use in meeting the Workforce Investment Act's customer satisfaction requirements. The contract value is $480,000. The period of performance is three years. The proposed contract will be negotiated on a sole source basis with the NQRC under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.
