Helphrey (415) 561-5098 The Presidio Trust, a Federal government corporation, is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to perform Janitorial Services for Buildings 220 and 36 (including leased office areas and common areas) at the Presidio of San Francisco. Scope of services may include but is not limited to: (a) general daily janitorial services performed nightly, with additional services performed on a monthly, quarterly and semi-annual basis; (b) restroom cleaning services performed nightly, with additional services performed on a weekly and monthly basis; and (c) specific cleaning methods for treatment of lobby floors. Contractor must be familiar with waste reduction, recycling, buying recycled and use of environmentally friendly cleaning products. Proposals will be evaluated based upon criteria set forth in the Request for Proposals (RFP), including but not limited to: Proposed Price; Past Performance; and Experience with projects of similar scope.
