In accordance with FAR 15.201, the Air Force request information (RFI) to determine the feasibility, if sources available and capable of providing manpower associated with Contingence Readiness Mobility Fast Response, within the budget restraints. Mobility is for personnel and equipment at Brooks AFB (San Antonio, Tx) to a distribution location. Due to recent Budge cuts, current performance by the government may not be available. RFI will include a site visit for discussion and request for price estimate along the interested sources. Estimates will be used SOLELY for planning purposes. Interested sources are liable for all costs associated with this effort and there is no guarantee that the AF will acquire/contract out for any of these services. Requirement: Cargo Work Center: In-check, Documentation, Cargo Handler Types of Cargo: 463L pallets, Rolling Stock, Vehicles, Handle Hazardous material Passenger work Center: Briefer, Manifest Tech, Baggage Handler Duties: Passenger processing function, Baggagein-check, Passenger Manifesting Sub Motor Pool: Dispatcher, Drivers Types of Equipment: Bus, Forklift, Tractor trailer, General purpose Performance: Must complete tasking within 24 hour from notice of Execute Order. Requirement performance could be for once or twice a year plus one exercise. A site visit is scheduled for 13 Apr 00, at Brooks, AFB, Bldg. 1150, 8006 Chennault Rd, Brooks AFB, 2nd floor conference room at 1 P.M.
