Submersible will carry one (1) Govt. scientist plus pilot and must be capable of providing up to eight hours underwater. The support vessel must be minimum 110' feet OAL and be equipped to safely launch and recover the submersible and specialized oceanographic equipment during at least sea state 5 conditions. Charter will occur between 5/20/00 and 5/31/00 depending upon availability of funds. Charter may be as long as seven days depending on cost.
