Description: This is a combine synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; price quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation (F26600-00-Q0107) is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-05. The SIC for this solicitation is 7353. This is being solicited unrestricted. The item description is as follows: Non-personnel Service to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, other items necessary for delivery, set-up, and removal of one 3 Deck Horizontal Screen. Offeror shall quote on the following items: CLIN 0001: one 3620-114 JCI 6_ x 20_ 3 Deck Horizontal Screen with 40 HP, 1200 RPM electric motor, 48_ under conveyor with 10 HP electric motor, 36_ reject conveyor with 7.5 HP electric motor, duel axle carrier with (8) 11 x 22.5 tires and rims, fabricated chutes off all three decks with blending capabilities and pant leg chutes, Service walkway around three sides with ladder to grade, (4) screw jacks installed in leg supports. For a rental period of five (5) months with a one month options availability for rental of 15 April 2000.
