The United States Air Force is requesting quotes for furnishing all labor, materials, travel, equipment, and services, and performing all operations for the conversion of commercial space from an Outdoor Rereation Area to a Game Room, in Building 1531, on Hanscom AFB, Lexington MA. The principal items of work include, but are not limited to: interior demolition, rough and finish carpentry, doors and hardware, drywall, suspended ceiling systems, flooring, painting, interior windows, cabinetry, HVAC, lighting, electrical work, and fire protection work. The result of the quotes will be a firm fixed price contract. There will be 20 work days after the Notice to Proceed to accomplish all required work, including cleanup and punchlist. Notice to Proceed shall be issued after the Contractor has notified the Contracting Officer, in writing, that all materials are received. The magnitude of construction for this project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. THE SITE VISIT WILL BE HELD ON MONDAY, 10 APRIL 00, AT 10:30 A.M. Quotes are due no later than 5:00 P.M., 17 APRIL 00. The solicitation will be posted to :www.herbb.hanscom.af.mil. Be advised that all interested parties must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database in order to receive an award.
