The work consists of furnishing labor, equipment, supplies, materials, and services necessary to demolish and dispose of one existing toilet structure, concrete pad, vaults, excavated materials, and appurtenances. Construct one new toilet facility complete with new concrete pads and vaults. Perform grading and drainage improvements to an existing entrance road and parking area. Provide topsoil and seeding on all disturbed areas. Work under this Contract is located at the Clearwater Creek Wayside, 55 miles west of Paxson, Alaska, on the Denali Highway.
