A: Building 1130: Construction of reinforced concrete infill at some window openings in exterior walls; removal of some existing partitions, doors, toilet fixtures and accessories, and windows and installation of new partitions, doors, toilet fixtures and accessories, and windows; removal and replacement of existing roofing and flashing; and addition of new steel and anchor bolt connections between existing precast concrete roof panels. B: Building 1102: Construction of new toilet and shower including removal of existing concrete slab, and installation of masonry walls and steel framed partitions, steel framed metal deck and plywood mezzanine above, new plumbing fixtures and associated piping, new exhaust fansand associated ductwork, and electrical lighting and power. Work also includes removal and replacement a portion of existing built-up asphalt roofing. A Quality Control Program will be required as set forth in the Contract Specifications.
