Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, materials and supplies necessary to inscribe marble niche covers for Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, VA 22211-5003. Contract covers the base period May 1, 2000 (or date of contract award, whichever is later) through April 30, 2001, with four 1-year options to extend the term of the contract through April 30, 2005. Contractor shall pick-up marble niche covers, inscribe and return them to Arlington National Cemetery.=20 The contract covers the aforementioned contract periods and includes a Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) covering a backlog of inscription services for approximately 1,200 niche covers. The CLIN covering the backlogged inscription service will provide for accelerated performance. The Government may make multiple awards for this CLIN in order to eliminate the backlog as expeditiously as possible. This acquisition is 100 percent set-aside for small business concerns, bids are solicited from all responsible small business concerns. Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code 8999 and a size standard of $5 million are applicable.
