The National Science Foundation has a need for publication requirements -- SIC code 7338 (size standard five million dollars ($5M) for its Division of Science Resources Studies (SRS). This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside (see Note 1). The Government intends to make UP TO FIVE awards for these services. Each award will be issued in accordance with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Each award will be a firm fixed price TIME AND MATERIALS CONTRACT. Projects will be issued as requirements are defined. The period of performance for each contract will be ONE YEAR. Contracts will not exceed those limits set forth in FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. It is intended that this notice shall be considered to satisfy the CBD requirement for projects that might exceed $25,000, and that no further notice will be made.
