The purpose of this contract is to procure services in order to improve the environment for small and medium sized enterprises (SME) in all five Central Asian Republics. Improving the environment for the growth of SMEs is a major focus of USAID/CAR's new four-year strategic plan (Strategic Objective1.3). This contract has three major components: 1) Business Education, 2) Business Advisory Service, and 3) Business Association and Advocacy development. The preferred method of distribution of USAID procurement information is via the Internet or by request of a solicitation on a 3.5 floppy disk (MS Word format).
