Cordell Hull Lake is located on the Cumberland River in Middle Tennessee in Smith and Jackson counties. This will be a Performance Based Contract. Solicitation will be available on or about 15 April 2000 on CD-ROM only. Proposals are to be received by the close of business (4:15 PM Central Time) 15 May 2000. Work to begin on or about 01 November 2000 with the option to renew for four (4) additional one year periods. This solicitation is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Standard Industrial Classification Code is 8744. Size Standard for Small Business is average annual receipts for preceding three (3) years not to exceed $20 million.
