Flynn-Eggert (Tel. 312/353-5023) This solicitation provides for armed and unarmed security guard and patrol service (SIC Code 7381) at specified Level 4 facilities located in the Loop area of Downtown Chicago, Illinois. The contractor shall provide all required labor and services, including guards, supervisors, managers, materials, supplies, conventional (hard type)uniforms and blazer (soft type)uniforms, equipment (weapons, etc.), licenses, coordination, planning and support required to lawfully provide necessary security guard service at specified sites. The estimated contract award date is August 28, 2000. The term of the contract is one year base period, plus four (4) one-year option periods, for a maximum of five (5) years.
