Quality Level IV is required. Covers the production of envelopes requiring such operations as composition, films, printing, packing, and delivery. Approximately 500 orders per year. Category 1 is 1,000 to 5,000 (60% of orders); Category 2 is 5,000 through 10,000 (14%); Category 3 is 10,000 through 50,000 (20% of orders); Category 4 is 50,000 through 100,000 (5%); and Category 5 is over 100,000 (1%). Various types of construction and stocks will be required. All shipments must be f.o.b. destination. Inside Delivery required. Approximately 84% of the copies will require delivery to Region 4.
