The Army War College, Department of Distance Education is soliciting proposals for eleven instructor/evaluators. A significant amount of work is required on-site at Carlisle Barracks PA, during late July 2000 through early June 2001. Instructors must be qualified by MEL-1 military certification or hold a doctorate (PHD) and have high level DOD or appropriate experiences. Some basic level PC computer and MS Office software skills are helpful in performance of this contract. A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference / site visit will be held sometime in mid May 2000. This the only opportunity to examine draft sylabii and other documentation. All of the documents are unclassified, but restricted for Army War College use only and copies will not be released under the Freedom of Information Act and are not necessary for proposal preparation purposes. The Request for Proposal (RFP) packet is available exclusively by return E-Mail, sometime after 1 May 2000. RFP paper copies will not be mailed.
