The contractor shall furnish all services, labor, material, tools, equipment and transportation necessary to perform all operations for the repair of the HVAC system in Building 1618 at Hanscom AFB. The principal items of work include, but are not limited to the removal of existing piping and ductwork; providing and installing new chiller; relocating existing ceiling diffusers; providing and installing new fan coil units and new diffusers; providing and installing new DDC control system and new electric, water, and steam meters; installing new electrical service for new chiller from exterior switch gear including wire, conduit and trench; providing new ceiling tiles for existing ceiling grid; plus any patching, carpentry, painting, roof top support, and flashing necessary to restore the interior and exterior appearance. The magnitude of construction is between $ 500,000.00 and $ 1,000,000.00.
