The project covered by this statement consists of furnishing all plant, labor, supplies, equipment, materials, transportation to construct a Refueler Truck Parking area for jet fuel refueler trucks complete with lighting, curbs, paved shoulders and renovate an operators office area. The work of this project includes, but is not limited to, the following items: 1) Excavation of topsoil and miscellaneous concrete slabs. 2) Reclamation of bituminous pavements to be used as base material for other pavements. 3) Construction of new concrete pavement to be used for fuel truck parking. 4) Construction of new concrete berms around the parking area. 5) Construction of a storm drain system for the parking area including a new underground fuel/water separator. 6) Construction of new area lighting. 7) Renovation of a portion of an existing warehouse building to create an office/storage space for use by the fuel truck operators. Project title is Construct Refueler Truck Parking. All work is at Otis Air National Guard Base, Cape Cod, Massachusetts. Performance period is 90 days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. The Prime contractor will be required to perform at least 25% of all work. Estimated magnitude of construction is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. This project is being issued as a Small Business set aside to contractors qualified to perform under SIC Code 1542 (general construction).
