Project will involve replacement of existing roofs installed on the original section of the building on the top of the 1st floor, 2nd floor mechanical spaces, 6th floor, 7th floor mechanical penthouse, and a few miscellaneous roof sections of the original building section, as well as replacement of the existing roof on top of the 4th floor of the Clinical Addition area of the building. Project drawings will be accomplished in the AutoCAD.dwg format. Estimated construction cost range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Area of consideration is restricted to firms within 100 miles radius of VAMC, Lexington, KY.
