(iv) This requirement is being synopsized 100% small business set-aside under standard industrial classification code 1711, size standard $7 million (v) repair Well #15, bldg 65, Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ 85707(vi) The following must happen, (a) remove well pump and motor (b) dissassemble well pump (c) check bowls and impellers for repair and replace all parts that are worn_do not exceed 70 percent of the cost of a new pump (d) check all lines shafts and bearings (e) also check discharge airline (f) replace any worn or damaged items (g) lower pump to compensate for low water level (h) disenfect pump well casing In Accordance With AWWA disinfection parameters (I) reinstall pump and motor (j) clean when complete (vii) FOB: Destination Date: 30 Apr 00 (viii) Provision 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors-Commercial Items applies.
