The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center's Regional Contracts Department intends to place a non-competitive, commercial contract with ADAC Laboratories, Malpitas, CA, for the maintenance of Government-owned ADAC Nuclear Medicine Imaging Network located at the Naval Medical Center, San Diego, pursuant to FAR Part 12 and under the authority of FAR 6.302. The proposed contract is for a base year beginning 01 October 2000 thru 30 September 2001, and three one-year option periods. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals. However, all proposals received within 45 days of this notice will be considered. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Navy.
