The services would be required Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The Ophthalmic Technician would be responsible for general assisting, which would include but not be limited to refractometry, keratometry, ascans/IOL, calcs, and lensometry. The hourly rate would also include general assisting, training, fundus photos, fluorescein angiography, goldman perimetry, and humphrey perimetry. This is a commercial item solicitation, which adheres to the format described in FAR 12.303 for the acquisition of commercial items and services. This is set aside 100% for Small Businesses.
