The Division of Commissioned Personnel (DCP), Human Resource Service, through the Division of Acquisition Management, Program Support Center, Department of Health and Human Services, intends to award a Simplified Acquisition to Ms. Diane Wright, North Potomac, MD, for a period of six (6) months. The Contractor shall provide consulting services for the DCP's project to review, analyze, and update all the billet descriptions and grades currently used in DCP and the Indian Health Service, HHS. The DCP requires the Contractor to have expertise and knowledge of its programs and the Commissioned Corps' structure within the Public Health Service. No solicitation is available. Therefore, requests for such documents will be considered invalid responses.
