Contractor shall provide all personnel, management, supervision, supplies, equipment, and services except as specified as government furnished in the statement of work necessary to perform grounds maintenance service at Mountain Home Air Force base, Idaho effective 01 Apr 2001 thru 30 Mar 2002. Contract will include the basic year and four option years. The service shall include but is not limited to the following: semi-improved, and unimproved areas, mowing of grass, trimming around all obstacles (trees, hydrants, sign posts, flight line instruments, etc.), the edging of all driveways and curbs, pruning, planting, care and relocating of all trees, shrubs and hedges, maintain the irrigation sprinkler system and policing base grounds. Grass clippings shall be mulched or removed so all areas are free of debris, damaged trees will be replaced. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business under SIC 0782 with a $5 Million size standard. All offerors must possess grounds maintenance service experience. This requirement is solicited under FAR 12, utilizing commercial acquisition procedures. NO CORRECTIONS OR CHANGES ARE ALLOWED AFTER TIME OF SUBMISSION OF PROPOSAL.
