Utah. Bryce Canyon NP is located approximately 30 miles east of
Panguitch, Utah. The existing building is one story, 12,000 square
feet. Improvements will include expansion of space up to 30,000 square
feet, which includes the addition of a second story, installation
HVAC, air conditioning, elevator, exterior facade, rehabilitation and
exterior landscaping of surrounding grouds. Estimated price range
