Y -- ROAD 1700 REPAIR SOL RFQ 00-8124 DUE 050500 POC Administrative Services, 541.750-7118 This project consists of removal of two large slides on Road 1700. One at milepost 5.80, the other at milepost 5.83. Slide material to be hauled to designated waste area on old spur road at milepost 5.82. Also, repair of a 400-500 foot long road slump at milepost 4.00. Road slump repair consists of reshaping roadbed, reconstructing road shoulder, rebuilding ditchline, and placing crushed surfacing. Project is located on the Hebo Ranger District, Siuslaw National Forest, Lincoln County, Oregon. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies (except those designated as Government-furnished), and incidentals to accomplish all work necessary. The Government estimate is between $25,000 and $100,000. The successful offeror shall be rquired to submit a Payment Bond prior to start of work.
