The Government intends to issue an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity, Firm-Fixed Price Type Contract with five consecutive ordering periods. The minimum quantity is 600 each, and the maximum quantity is 2,000 each. Applicable to the T-701C Engines. FOB Origin to New Cumberland, PA and Stockton, CA. Required delivery is 25 each 240 DACA with subsequent monthly quantities of 25 each until shipped complete. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Justification for other than full and open competition is FAR 6.302-1, only one source or only a limited number of responsible sources. This proposed contract action is for supplies for which the government does not have specifications and drawings to permit full and open competition.
