Wingfield (804) 279-3930 The Defense Supply Center Richmond has a requirement to purchase a TRAK Milling Machine and accessories for DSCR Mechanicsburg. The TRAK Milling Machine is the only acceptable item. The TRAK Bedmill is controlled by a Proto Trak CNC conversational controller which is the system most beneficial to the work being done at Mechanicsburg. DSCR-M presently has a CNC retro fit Series 1 Bridgeport milling machine and the machinists are trained in the use of this controller. It is very important for DSCR-M to maintain consistency in their CNC controls. The items required are as follows: One(1)each TRAK BED MILL WITH TRAK A.G.E.3 CONTROL, SOUTHWESTERN INDUSTRIES P/N DPM-200 to include three(3) each GAGE WHEEL ENCODERS, P/N M250C and One(1) each REMOTE STOP/GO SWITCH, P/N RSG.
