DESC This procurement is for used Civil Engineering Support Equipment. Equipment required includes: Dozer (1), Excavator (1), Loader (2), Water Truck (2), Field Service Truck (1), and Bucket Clamp (1). The contractor will be required to deliver the equipment to Nawiliwili Harbor on the island of Kauai, Hawaii, within 60 days of notice of award. The Government may make multiple awards from the responses to this solicitation, however, a single award may be made. This procurement is being solicited as competitive negotiations utilizing Source Selection Procedures. Proposals will be evaluated on the basis of price and technical factors. The Government intends to evaluate proposals and award a contract without discussions with offerors (except communications conducted for the purpose of minor clarification). Therefore, each initial offer should contain the offeror's best terms from a cost or price and technical standpoint. The Government however reserves the right to conduct discussions if later determined by the Contracting Officer to be necessary.
