required. This is an unrestricted requisition. It is subject to the
Trade Agreements Act. Delivery to CONUS (excluding Alaska). The intent
of this solicitation is to request prices for a vendor's entire
environmental equipment product line. The Government anticipates
continued recurring demand for these items. Anticipated contract type
is to be a commercial requirements type contract. Multiple award
contracts will be placed with vendors for their individual product
line. Product line is to include but not be limited to the following:
1. Balers -- vertical and horizontal, and related conveying systems 2.
Grinders -- including tub grinders 3. Recycling trailers 4. Crushers
and compactors -- oil, paint, can, drum, and related equipment 5.
Chippers and shredders 6. Composters, screening plants, trommels and
related systems 7. Portable vacuum systems 8. Truck floor scales and
related equipment 9. Cement/concrete crushers 10. Self dumping hoppers
11. Tire shredders and related recycling equipment 12. Commercial
refuse loaders -- front, rear, and side loaders 13. Recycling trucks
and related equipment 14. Cement mixers -truck and portable 15. Can
densors and ordnance deformers 16. Liquid extracting systems and
oil/water separation units 17. Additional miscellaneous equipment not
covered under Lots 1 through 16: e.g. specialized equipment attachments
and accessories. The supplier (seller) shall sell to the buyer the
items set forth in the supplier's commercial catalog. Such items may be
referred to as "Products or end products", hereafter. Supplier may sell
to buyer any items and services incidental to the end product and any
add-on items as needed to customize a piece of equipment to conform to
the customer's requirements. Services may include but not be limited
to repair, installation, training, extended warranties, etc. Items may
include but not be limited to sale of repair parts, options,
attachments, and add-ons. The term of the resulting contract will be a
3 year base with 3 two-year options and one year option. Anticipated
possible 10 year total. Delivery shall be in accordance with the
supplier's best commercial practices. In order to be considered for
