Nemerow, (703)325-6627 DTRA intends to award a sole source contract to Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) based upon the resident expertise in the areas of fallout, presentation ability in the bridging assessments of WMD and conventional weapon system data in a form suitable to theater and national CINCS and nuclear sources. Participants will be integrally involved in group discussions with other Graybeard personnel of common problems and approaches. The Graybeard program covers all expert fields within the realm of nuclear weapons effect testing. This is a voluminous amount of material, data and records. The present effort is part of the Graybeard Program and involves review and assessment of reports, papers and data relevant to underground nuclear sources, fallout and effects on military systems.
