To the Government_s knowledge, IBM is the only source that can provide the aforementioned services. Responsible firms that can provide the IBM Softwarexcel Extended Service with Software Mall and Information Network may write to the contracting officer. Respondents should refer to JCE00-SWXL-NI. This is not a request for quotations or an announcement of a forthcoming solicitation. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response hereto will not be honored or acknowledged. The Government does not intend to pay for any information submitted in response to this publication. No cost or pricing data is required or requested.
