Sources sought and request for industry comments of the Performance Requirements Document (PRD) (Statement of Work) for services to be performed at Fort Sam Houston, San Antonio, Texas. The PRD addresses the following functional areas: Information Technology Services; Visual Information Services; Administrative Services; Human Resources; Operations and Maintenance; Engineering and Support Services; Housing; Environmental; Supply; Transportation Services; Plans, Programs, Operations and Mobilization; Logistics Maintenance; Museum; Training; Public Safety; and Resource Management. The solicitation will be a Fixed Price-Award Fee with cost reimbursable elements. The period of performance is expected to run from October 1, 2002, through September 30, 2007. The PRD includes workload estimates (some of which are incomplete at this time but will be complete when solicitation is issued), Government furnished services, mandatory and advisory publications that apply to the PRD, required reports, and abbreviations.
