The scope of the effort will include such tasks as planning and requirements analysis, sensitivity analysis and key design studies. Also included will be tasks associated with the current Block 0 AEGIS LEAP Intercept (ALI) system. The contract will be for eighteen months. The authority for this action is 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1).
