This solicitation is for a proposed Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity, Time-and-Materials with Fixed Price features contract for support services for the U.S. Army CECOM RDEC Intelligence and Information Warfare Directorate (USAI2WD). The scope and purpose of this contract is to provide the requisite operational, program management, technical, engineering, integration, prototype development and fabrication support services and products necessary for I2WD to meet its mission and customer needs. The services to be provided by the contractor encompass a wide variety of program support for all elements of the Acquisition Cycle and the subsequent support of systems in the field. The contractor(s) must also have the demonstrated resources to be able to respond immediately to quick reaction requirements and situations. This will be full and open competition with a minimum of two awards.At least one award will go to a qualified small business. The Service Contract Act will apply to appropriate categories and Department of Labor Wage Detemination Rates must be complied with. A top secret clearance is required for all personnel as well as the contractors' facilities. The proposed contract(s) will be for a basic one (1) year period with a maximum of four (4) one (1) year option periods. The SIC code is 8731 (1000). Performance will be primarily at Fort Monmouth, NJ, and secondarily at other government sites and at the contractors' facilities.
