The MANUFACTURED HOUSING DAPIA IS AUTHORIZED AS A FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. The Department plans to procure contract services to assist in the monitoring and enforcement of the Manufactured Housing Program. This particular requirement consists of reviewing manufactured housing drawings and design packages received from manufactured home producers. The performance period has a base year of 24 months with two (2) one year option periods. The release date of the solicitation will be on or about April 19, 2000.
