Through participation in the Defense Supply Center Philadelphia's (DSCP) Inventory Locator Network (DILNet) your on-hand asset information will be readily accessible to DSCP buyers. DILNet's purpose is to match our customers' needs with your on-the-shelf inventory. When a DILNet search finds inventory that meets a Defense customer's need, DILNet may be used to place awards. The end result is a streamlined award process, which delivers material to our customers quicker. Administrative expenses are decreased due to the absence of bids, quote preparation, and phone calls.
