Provide and pay for all materials, labor, services, equipment,
licenses, taxes, and other items necessary for the execution,
installation, and completion the construction of a new USPS owned
facility of approximately 21,688 square feet in Broomfield, CO on USPS
owned property of approximately 4.08 acres. The Work involves the
construction of a new facility at location indicated on Drawings. Work
includes but is not limited to, demolition, earthwork, site utilities
and site improvements, paving, landscaping and irrigation. Work also
includes concrete foundations and slab-on-grade, steel structure, steel
joists and decking, roof membrane over roof insulation, pre-formed
metal roofing, sheet metal, clay masonry, precast concrete coping,
glass reinforced stucco soffits, metal stud partitions, insulation,
gypsum board walls and ceilings, porcelain tile, acoustical ceilings,
asphalt plank flooring, resilient flooring, carpeting, ceramic tile
flooring, ceramic wall tile, custom cabinets and fixtures carpentry,
glass storefront system painting, metal doors, wood doors, metal
frames, door hardware, overhead coiling doors, folding grille, traffic
impact doors, metal fabrications, toilet partitions and accessories,
signage, lockers, loading dock equipment, fire protection and detection
systems, security systems, electrical, and heating, ventilating, and
air conditioning complete and ready for use. Estimated construction
cost range is between $3.0 and $3.5 Million. The performance period is
320 calendar days after the notice to proceed is issued. ONLY THE
