The contractor shall provide all materials, labor, supervision and means to complete the project IAW plans and specifications provided by the Government. The overall scope of work inlcudes the repair of an EPDM roof to include the entire perimeter of both roof levels and the perimeter of the upper wall where it meets the lower roof. The construction progress schedule and all other elements of the project will be closely coordinated with the Base Civil Engineer. The performance period is 59 calendar day after NTP. The magnitude of the project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The solicitation is 100% restricted to small business. The Standard Industrial Code applicable is 1761. The small business size standard is $7,000,000. A pre-bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 9,2000 at 0930 local time at Building #207. All prosepctive general contractors and subcontractors are encouraged to attend to verify measurements and site conditions.
