Work consists of providing all paint, labor, supplies, material, supervision, transportation, equipment, and all else necessary to prepare and paint the interiors/exteriors of Military Base Facilities and the exteriors of Military Family Housing. The place of work will be Nellis AF to include Areas II and III, Silver Flag Alpha, point Bravo and Indian Springs AFAF. This is an Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (ID/IQ) type contract. The minimum Task order amount will be $10,000 with a guaranteed annual contract amount of $15,000 and a maximum contract amount of $2,990,000. The contract performance period will be for a period of one year (365 calendar days) with one additional one-year option period. The applicable SIC for this acquisition is 1721 with a three year average annual small business size standard of $7 million. The proposed contract listed here is restricted to 8(a) contractors. The successful contractor will be selected using past performance/price tradeoff procedures, resulting in theBest Value to the government. Past Performance is slightly more important than price. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued electronically o/a 12 Apr. 00 on the government_s Electronic Posting System (EPS) at www.eps.gov. Paper copies are not available.
