The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Lakehurst, NJ intends to enter into fully competitive negotiations with qualified sources of supply. The NAWCAD intends to procure nine (9) Cart Adapters P/N 7070077200041. The Cart Adapter is used when heavy components of the CH-60S Helicopter must be removed due to unscheduled maintenance. The cart adapter is used as a hoist for the replacement component; to store the removed component until a shipping container is available; or to disassemble or build up a new unit. The contractor shall supply all labor, equipment and consumable supplies to manufacture in its entirety. The Government does not own data rights or technical drawings. The Government intends to procure under a Small Business Set Aside. SIC Code 5063 is applicable. The Government is anticipating a Firm Fixed Price type contract.
