From the Gateway homepage, select "search RFP's" from the right hand sidebar. Then choose the RFP that you wish to download. RFP's are in the portable document format (pdf). For those parties without Internet capability, a few hard copies of the solicitation are available at Defense Supply Center Philadelphia. 6.
